The location

We did not like this hotel.

I did not like anything about this hotel, on their website page it tells you it had Wi-Fi and premium cox channels when I made it to the hotel the first note on the door was there was NO WI-FI so once I made it into the room itself I wasnt happy the

Staff was friendly

Nothing was clean it had red spots on the sheets the room smells bad it was horrible

I left early

That the staffwas so rude

The cleaning service of hotel employee was EXCELLENT

This place was nice and comfortable. Felt safe and was in a great location for food and stores.

It was okay & good enough for us. we also like the rates! lots of parking

It was horrible, carpet was wet, holes in the wall, no chain on door as if someone had been fighting and broke up everything. The smell was awful, I asked for refund but was denied. The lines smelled as though they hadn't been washed in weeks. This is an awful hotel

Location to facility I was under contract with

We are traveling cross country to retire in San Diego. When we got to Baton Rouge there were no hotel rooms available due to hurricane Laura.In desperation I made a reservation at this Western Hotel, but when we got there we did not feel safe.Bad area.

It was comfortable for me and my spouse

It was available when no other place was available.

When I arrived they had no rooms and said I had to pay when I booked they gave my room to someone who payed when they booked it

I like when I left the property

I booked a king bed but when I got to the property I was told the room was dirty I had to book another room.
